I graduated from Southern Utah University with a Bachelor of Arts in Music. After a 12-year career as a voice instructor in my home studio, I decided to turn the page and start a new chapter of growth and learning.

While doing research on producing a podcast, I discovered ADHD Life Coach Training. I felt the stars had aligned and I had found my calling in life. I felt it deep inside my bones! Before long, I was attending the International ADHD Coach Training Center and in 2018 received my Life Coach training certification and credentialing.

As a young middle schooler, diagnosed with ADHD at age eleven, I remember feeling lost in the sea of academic and personal challenges I was experiencing.  As I began my coaching career, those thoughts permeated my mind and I choose to work with ADHD middle and high schoolers.

As my experience increased and my own teen was diagnosed with ADHD, I saw a pattern of ever present overwhelm and frustration with parents. They were unsure of how to support their child because they had not yet learned to support themselves. Parents lacked the skills and knowledge needed for empowerment, clarity in their personal lives, and to parent ADHD with authenticity, free of fear and guilt.
