Today I interview Elli Kennedy of my FAVE digital journaling app, Day One!  Journaling has always been an outlet for me to destress and organize my life.  It gives me an opportunity for self connection and clarity.

Day One has over 10 MILLION downloads and a 4.8 rating on the Apple Store!  They have also been nominated as Apple Store’s Editor’s Choice, App of the Year, and received the Apple Design Award.  I have used Day One since 2013 and they continue to improve their user platform and enrich the journaling experience.
